The client must be present at least half an hour before the start of the first service.
The client understands that if she is late for the agreed upon attendance time, the center will apologize for not adhering to the reservation times.
In the event that the date of the event is postponed, the client must contact the branch and set another date for the event 48 hours before the service time.
The client’s right to perform the services or to claim their value shall be forfeited if she is late in performing them for a month beyond the date for which the services were booked.
The deposit amount is non-refundable, but rather will be transferred to services within the salon.
The client understands that if she books a service/services and finds, after being inspected inside the salon by the specialist, that the service/services do not suit the condition of her hair or skin, then the reservation services will be replaced with services that suit the condition of her hair or skin according to the advice of the specialist. If the client agrees to the amendment, she must pay the difference in the value of the services, if any.
To book hair services whose value varies according to the length or density of hair, the client must estimate the length and density of her hair according to the branch’s policy. If the client's hair is inspected inside the salon and it is found that she has booked a hair service that does not match the length or thickness of her actual hair according to the aforementioned instructions, the client must pay the difference inside the salon before performing the service.
For the safety of the client, she understands that there may be some services that cannot be performed in one day. In the event of such a conflict, her reservation will be rescheduled after obtaining her approval.
The customer understands that after creating the reservation and paying the deposit, she cannot cancel the reservation or make any amendments to it. She must contact the branch and inform it of any required amendments.
